How we dispatch orders, and how returns work

We aim to dispatch all physical orders promptly from our UK base.

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasionally, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays or adverse weather.
Digital products (such as ebooks and guides) are not physically shipped. Instead, you will receive a secure download link by email shortly after your payment is confirmed. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see this email within a few minutes.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you generally have the right to cancel an order for physical goods within 14 days of receiving them, and to request a refund, provided the items are returned unused and in their original condition.

If a file is faulty, corrupted, or does not match its description, please contact us and we will resolve this.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within a reasonable time of receipt with photos of the item and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
