1. About Us

These terms govern the sale of goods, digital products, and services (including cooking classes) via the Yammtree website. By placing an order or making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Orders & Pricing

• All prices on the website are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
• Prices include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order placed at an incorrect price.
• A contract is only formed once we confirm your order by email; adding items to your basket does not guarantee availability.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

3. Physical Goods

Physical products (such as food and pantry items) are subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy. Please check product descriptions carefully for allergen and dietary information before ordering, as some items may not be suitable for all dietary requirements.

4. Digital Products (Ebooks & Guides)

• Digital products are delivered electronically via a secure download link sent to the email address provided at checkout.
• Purchasing a digital product grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own private use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the file with others.
• Because digital products are delivered instantly, no refund will be given once a digital product has been downloaded, except where required by law (for example, if the file is faulty or does not match its description).
• If you experience a technical problem accessing a digital product, please contact us and we will help resolve it.

5. Cooking Classes & Bookings

Cooking classes and other bookable services are subject to availability.

6. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK consumer protection law. Where you order online, you generally have the right to cancel most physical goods orders within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, subject to the exclusions described in our Shipping & Returns Policy (including that this right does not apply once a digital product has been downloaded, or to perishable food items).

7. Liability

We provide our website, products, and services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Our food and nutrition content is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Please consult a healthcare professional regarding any specific dietary or health needs, including allergies.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Yammtree website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
